What You’ll Do

As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will:

• Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
• Book, modify, and manage reservations accurately and professionally
• Promote resort accommodations, spa experiences, golf packages, dining, and seasonal promotions
• Upsell room categories, resort amenities, and packages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
• Respond to inquiries from Expedia, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details using PMS systems
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Spa, Golf, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Support group, corporate, and tour reservations as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet candidates who have:

• Previous hotel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A sales-minded and guest-focused approach
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) considered an asset
• Familiarity with ResortSuite, SkyTouch, Expedia, or Booking.com is a strong asset
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
