About the Role:
As a Groundskeeper at our resort, you will be the guardian of our outdoor spaces—ensuring our gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, and trails look their absolute best for our guests. You’ll handle everything from lawn care and pruning to fireplace preparation and equipment maintenance. Your work will directly contribute to the exceptional guest experience our resort is known for.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and shrubs to resort standards.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prune, weed, fertilize, and apply pesticides responsibly.
• Collect garbage, maintain compost, and keep pathways and trails clean.
• Assist with fireplace preparation, minor carpentry, and painting projects.
• Support the team in other maintenance tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Grade 11 education.
• 1+ year experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license. Certifications in turfgrass or pesticides are a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
