Love golf? Love making people smile? Combine your passions and join the team at Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa as a Pro Shop Attendant! We’re looking for someone who’s as excited about creating amazing guest experiences as they are about the perfect tee shot.

What You’ll Do (AKA Your Game Plan)

Golf Support

• Be the ultimate golf concierge! Help golfers with tee times, equipment rentals, and all their golf-related questions.
•  Keep our cart fleet running like a well-oiled machine.

Retail Operations

• Restock the coolest golf gear and make sales like a pro.
• Keep our pro shop looking sharp and ready for action.

Course Operations Support

• Be the hero golfers didn’t know they needed—organize carts, keep the front shop spotless, and make sure everything runs smoother than a perfect putt.

Equipment Assistance

• Show off your team spirit helping with golf bags during tournaments and events. 

Back Shop Magic

• Jump in as a Back Shop Attendant when needed, keeping clubs and equipment sparkling and ready for play.

Who You Are (Your Handicap Doesn’t Matter)

• You love working with people and have a knack for making them feel welcome.
• You’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Bonus points if you know your birdies from your bogeys, but we’re happy to teach!
