What You'll Be Doing

As our Golf Course Mechanic, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring our fleet of mowers, golf carts, and turf equipment are in tip-top shape so our guests can enjoy the perfect round of golf. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on all golf course equipment.
• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Sharpening mower blades to keep our greens looking pristine.
• Maintaining detailed service records and staying ahead of scheduled maintenance.
• Collaborating with the Grounds Team to ensure equipment is ready when they are.

What You Bring to the Tee

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with:

• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with small engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair golf carts, mowers, and other turf equipment.
  • Familiarity with grinding and sharpening reel mowers (bonus points if you’re a pro!).
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Other Must-Haves:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a love for working outdoors.
  • Availability to work days, weekends, and holidays as needed—because golf never sleep!
