Night Auditor Responsibilities:

• Perform daily Night Audit reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
• Be the friendly face that registers guests and assigns cozy rooms for sweet dreams.
• Answer questions about our hotel services and check-in process like a pro.
• Share your insider knowledge of local hotspots and hidden gems.
• Respond to guest concerns with charm and solutions (you’re basically a superhero in disguise).
• Keep meticulous records of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments—because details matter!

Night Watchperson Responsibilities:

• Control access to the hotel, operate security control-room equipment, and patrol assigned areas to guard against theft, vandalism, and fire.
• Enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and monitor activities around the establishment.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed to keep everyone secure.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A secondary school diploma or equivalent—check!
• Experience in Hotel environment an asset.
• Bonus points if you’ve completed a two-year apprenticeship or college program in hotel management, front desk operations, or security training.
